The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was not pushed to pay for extra services or replacement parts. My wait was less than an hour and everything was excellent.

This store is AWESOME!! From tire tech's to Assist. Managers!! Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I had a 2 hour wait time given to me( store was busy), but was pushed through quicker because I had to wait in store. Was done and out in 45 min or so. Go to this store if you want great prices, friendly staff, and great service. I can't say enough good things about my experience!

The staff is always professional and courteous and quick. Prices for tires are in line and reasonable with other places. But really it’s the customer service that keeps me coming back, they have nailed it!

Angelo at America's Tires was FANTASTIC!! And the whole staff was friendly! Niello Acura Service Center would sooner eat a live rat than greet you when you walk in the door. At least 3 people asked me if I had been helped at America's Tires. Angelo was especially helpful. I did have to ask them if they had checked for my tire warranty -but when they checked and noted that I was covered for free, they didn't blink and provided my complete replacement. I just had to pay for the matching new tire.
