Managing Your Appointments

Appointments for tire or wheel services at America's Tire are the best way to get you safely taken care of and back on the road as quickly as possible. We know life happens and appointments need to be changed, postponed, or cancelled.

We’ll show you how to create, change, or cancel your America's Tire appointment.

How to make an America's Tire appointment

It's easy to schedule an appointment online for your wheel and tire needs at America's Tire.

We recommend creating an account to easily access all your appointment information. Your account also stores your vehicle info and purchases. If you do have an account, sign in now!

Thank you for signing in! With America's Tire, it's easy to schedule an appointment and access your appointment details – anytime you need them! Here's how to get started.

  1. Click 'Appointments' on the top menu bar of America's Tire's website.
  2. Add a vehicle, choose from a previously added vehicle, or continue without selecting one. It will shorten your appointment time if we know about your ride.
  3. Make sure "My Store" is your desired location. If not, click "Change Store" to select the location you want for your appointment. Click "Continue."
  4. Choose your desired services and add any additional notes in the blank box provided you want our trusted experts to know. Click "Continue".
  5. Use the calendar to select an available appointment day (highlighted in blue). Available times will show on the right. Select your desired time. If someone else is bringing your vehicle, click the box option beneath the calendar and enter their info. Click "Continue."
  6. Enter your personal information and select "Review Your Appointment" when ready.
  7. Review your store location and services as well as your vehicle, personal and appointment information for accuracy. If corrections are needed on any section, click the edit button next to the one that is inaccurate.
  8. Once everything looks correct, click "Schedule Your Appointment."
  9. You will receive an email and text message confirming your appointment details. You can also print the completion page or save your confirmation number for future reference.

How to change your America's Tire appointment

We understand life happens. We make changing your appointment easy and hassle free, whether you need to change the time, schedule at a different store, or cancel.

  1. Open your appointment confirmation email (the sender should be from America's Tire).
  2. If you can't find the appointment confirmation email, call your store and we can help you reschedule.

  3. Under the 'Store and Appointment' section, click "Reschedule."
  4. Select a new appointment day from the calendar (available days are in blue). Select a desired time if it's different from your original booked slot.
  5. To the right, select if you'll wait in store or drop off your vehicle. If someone else is bringing the vehicle, check that option under the calendar and enter their information. Click "Confirm Appointment."
  6. The confirmation details of your new appointment date and/or time and other details are now available to view.
  7. You will receive an email and text message confirming your appointment. You can also print the complete page or save your confirmation number.

Can't Find Your Appointment Email? We Also Sent a Text Message!

You can also reschedule your appointment through the automated text message we sent to your phone when you originally scheduled your appointment. Simply respond to this text message with the number 1. You will be redirected to a link to select a new appointment day on the calendar, change your drop off preferences, change your appointment time, or change who's bringing your vehicle. Hit "Confirm Appointment" to complete the reschedule.

  1. Head to 'Hi, (your name)' at the top right of the screen above the America's Tire menu.
  2. Click 'View My Account'.
  3. Under 'My Account,' click 'Appointments'.
  4. Under 'My Appointments' click 'Reschedule Appointment' located on the red outlined button.
  5. Select a new appointment day from the calendar at the left. To the right, select if you'd still like to wait in store or drop off your vehicle. If you'd like to change your appointment time, you can select a new one to the right of the calendar. If someone else will be bringing the vehicle instead of you, check that option under the calendar and enter their information. Hit 'Confirm Appointment' once the information is complete and accurate.
  6. The confirmation details of your new appointment date, time and pertinent information are now available to view.
  7. You will receive an email and text message confirming your appointment details. If it is helpful for you, you can also print the completion page or save your confirmation number for future reference.

You can also view your appointment details later on in your online account by clicking on 'Hi, (your name)' at the top right of the screen above the America's Tire menu. From there, click 'View My Account' and under 'My Account,' click 'Appointments'.

Need Another Way to Reschedule Your Appointment? We Also Sent an Email and Text Message!

For email rescheduling, check your inbox for your original appointment confirmation email from America's Tire. Under the 'Store and Appointment' section, click 'Reschedule.' Select a new appointment day from the calendar, change your wait in store or drop off vehicle status, your appointment time, or even who's bringing the vehicle in for service. Once the information is complete, hit 'Confirm Appointment' to reschedule.

You can also reschedule your appointment through the automated text message we sent to your phone when you originally scheduled your appointment. Simply respond to this text message with the number 1. You will be redirected to a link to select a new appointment day on the calendar, change your drop off preferences, change your appointment time, or change who's bringing your vehicle. Hit "Confirm Appointment" to complete the reschedule.


How to cancel your America's Tire appointment

Life happens, and if you need to cancel your appointment for whatever reason, we are here to help. Here's how to cancel your appointment if you don't have an America's Tire online account.

  1. Open your appointment confirmation email (the sender should be from America's Tire).
  2. If you can't locate the confirmation email, call your store and we can help cancel!

  3. Under the "Store and Appointment" section click "Cancel."
  4. Review your appointment details and provide a reason for cancelling in the dropdown menu. You can add more details in the blank text box if you like.
  5. Click "Cancel Appointment" to confirm your cancellation. Changed your mind? Click "Nevermind, Don't Cancel My Appointment" below and we'll be happy to still service your vehicle.
  6. You will receive a cancellation email when processing is complete.

Can't Find Your Appointment Email? We Also Sent a Text Message!

You can also cancel your appointment through the automated text message we sent to your phone when you originally scheduled your appointment. Simply respond to this text with the number 2. You will be redirected to a link where you can provide your reason for cancelling in the drop down menu. You can also elaborate more in the text box. When you're ready, click "Cancel Appointment" to confirm the cancellation. You will receive a cancellation email when processing is complete.

Thank you for signing in! If you need to cancel your appointment for whatever reason, we are here to help. We understand that life is busy and sometimes you can't make the appointment you originally scheduled. Here's how to cancel your upcoming appointment with your America's Tire online account.

  1. Head to 'Hi, (your name)' at the top right of the screen above the America's Tire menu.
  2. Click 'View My Account'.
  3. Under 'My Account,' click 'Appointments'.
  4. At the far right of your appointment block, click 'View Details'.
  5. Under 'My Store/Appointment Details,' click 'Cancel'.
  6. Review your appointment details and provide your reason for cancellation in the dropdown menu. If you'd like to provide more information, feel free to elaborate in the blank text box.
  7. Click 'Cancel Appointment' to confirm the cancellation. (If you change your mind, click 'Nevermind, Don't Cancel My Appointment' below that and we will be happy to still service your vehicle.)
  8. You will receive a confirmation email when the appointment cancellation has been processed.

Need Another Way to Cancel Your Appointment? We Also Sent an Email and Text Message!

For email canceling, check your inbox for your original appointment confirmation email from America's Tire. Under the 'Store and Appointment' section, click 'Cancel.' This will bring you to your account, where you can review your appointment details and provide your reason for cancellation in the dropdown menu or elaborate in the blank text box. When you're ready to proceed, click 'Cancel Appointment' to confirm the cancellation. You will receive a cancellation email when processing is complete.

You can also cancel your appointment through the automated text message we sent to your mobile phone when your original appointment was scheduled. To cancel your appointment, reply to this text message with the number 2. You will be redirected to a link where you can provide your reason for cancellation in the dropdown menu and elaborate in the blank text box. When you're ready, click 'Cancel Appointment' to confirm the cancellation. You will receive a cancellation email when processing is complete.
