My husband had a blown tire and needed a tow. Even though the tow truck was going to arrive past closing, the store offered to stay and wait. When he arrived, they quickly changed all four tires on his F150 to new Michelin tires. Great service!

I have been a customer since I lived in Santa Rosa CA over 20 years ago. The service and price has NOT changed. I’m currently in Visalia CA. and have purchased tires on my last 3 vehicles. I always send friends and family to America Tires. I recently had a screw in the front tire and took it to America’s Tire for repair. Did not make an appointment, but was serviced at NO charge. I had to wait because there were customers ahead of me. +\- 45 minutes the tire was ready,again at NO charge. I sent my son-in -law (who is on their customer list)there with a slow leaking tire. He was serviced at NO charge and has returned as a customer for his BMW and Jeep tires. He also sends his children there for their tires What else can I say about such GOOD service

My car was blocked by incoming tow trucks, and I had to request that they get it in the shop since I had a scheduled time, and it was 15 minutes before they started my job. This was after my persistent complaining that my car was blocked and no one was moving it into the shop to start the job.

I bought new tires at a great price online on America's Tire website, and that same day i set up an appointment for my new tire installation. I showed up to my appointment & a sign with my name greeted me, to where to park. This made me feel special, and a customer service agent came right away after parking, took my name & info and 30 minutes later, new tires were installed. Fast courteous experience, and i definately will go back for more auto service & i have told both family & friends about America's Tire.

As stated in previous review, your advertising’Military Discounts’ is counterproductive and misleading. I go to your store for their advise on tires, something I appreciate. Should I desire to only deal online there are less expensive sites. Why are you undermining your own stores?
