Staff very nice and knowledgeable, issue is to make sure those who are doing whatever jobs assigned to each vehicle to make sure each task is completed in full and correctly before releasing vehicle back to the customer. Unfortunate circumstances took place but staff were very kind to address the issues.

I brought in tires and wheels for installing. They did not need to take them off a vehicle nor or them in a vehicle and was charged almost $250 for 15 minutes of work. Not sure if that's the normal rate everywhere else. Still felt it was high.

Mike Franco, the store manager, always has a very "on-point" crew, great looking store, and always makes sure that everyone that walks in is taken care of. He is an example of what true customer service looks like. A lot of places do not take pride in their establishments or their people; he does. If only other businesses could come in and take a tour of his operation and take notes. Thanks for all that you and your team do everyday.

Had a flat tire on the way to work. Needed a repair right away. Actually I needed a new tire! I went to this store, for the first time, and with help right away when the store open. Replace the tires and was on my way it was only 30 minutes late to work! Great store, location and staff.
