New Tires and Wheel Store in Victorville, CA 92395

Great service and professional knowledge

Everyone here is so knowledgeable and courteous. They have helped me out when I’ve been struggling financially to ensure my safety and every time I come to this location, I feel like a valued customer. They take the time to explain everything to me and or never pushy when recommending things. It’s hard to find a tire service place where I as a female feel comfortable and treated just as any other customer and this is definitely the place where I feel that way. I will always come to this location and they will always have my business.

real nice

From the time I walked in until the time I left, Major and Christopher were both very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with every step of our interactions, from letting me know items that will soon need replacing as well as every step of the process with my vehicle. I will absolutely return to this location.

Very patient and knowledgeable

Mike was fast to greet me. Actually, they all were. Mike stepped closer with an iPad to do the check in or something. I forgot the mans name who came out and inspected the car with me. He was very knowledgeable and Ezekial "Eze" was very educational when explaining how the alignment works. I was really impressed. I never knew something like that before. I feel like I know my car better now and I've had it for 10 years so thank you Eze for that extra spark you taught me about my Spark. Everyone was really cool, friendly, knowledgeable and precise on their timing. It was like a race. They would tell me how long it would take, and they would beat their time, every time. Meaning, it was a lot faster than what I thought it was going to be which is an exciting added bonus. Thanks guys!!

Very good service

I have been coming here for 20 years, excellent service and always with a smile!

Everyone was friendly and courteous. I got the tires I needed without being pressured to buy the most expensive brand, and I was done within an reasonable time.
