All employess were helpful and provided great customer service. I came in on a Saturday looking to fix a flat tire. Turned out i need a new one so the employee ordered my tire and looked for the best option. Tire arrived on Monday like when they said it would. Upon arrival there was no wait and was immediately helped.

Fast service if you make appointment online. The mechanics don’t cover the seat when they sit in your car. So expect your white seats to be dirty after their service.

I initially visited a Goodyear shop where I was informed that my tire had three irreparable holes in the sidewall. Seeking a second opinion, I stopped by America's Tire and was pleasantly surprised to learn there was just one fixable hole. Even better, they repaired it for free! This was my first experience with America's Tire, and despite not having purchased the tire there, they provided the service at no cost. The quality of the service truly impressed me. However, there's a small room for improvement: after the repair, I wasn't notified that my car was ready. I ended up waiting an additional half hour beyond the estimated time because I had to inquire about it myself.
