I had a very good experience with my tires being replaced here and I'm very happy with everyone that help great job guys!

DJ and all the other people whose name I didn't get, did a great job. I was stunned by how short the wait time was for each of my visits. The guys in the shop, and the counter, and the customer service line I ordered from, were all extremely friendly and helpful. I got the sense that all the employees were treated well and enjoyed their workplace, resulting in 5-star best-in-class service. This was by far the best tire experience I have ever had - despite a few hiccups. Sometimes things go wrong, that's life, but the best measure of a vendor is how they respond when they do. The 1st set of tires shipped from my phone order had an old date code (week 15/2024, 2+ years). When I noticed the shop reordered new ones for installation the next day, without hassle. Unfortunately the second set arrived as the LX version instead of the LX25s I had paid for, so DJ re-ordered them, again without hassle. The 3rd time everything was perfect and I was out in 30 minutes. I'll be back to this shop for my next set of tires, and 10/10 recommend it to anyone looking for a fast, friendly, supportive tire experience.

I’ll be 100% honest, over the past 20 somewhat years, I have purchased all my tires from America’s Tire, Hawthorne Blvd. store and have always had a very favorable experience. On this last occasion, I wanted a tire for my DIL’s ‘22 Volvo XC90 and was looking for a tire that would out perform the OEM’s Pirelli’s. I settled on 2 tires to choose from… Michelin’s Pilot Sport and Continental Contact LX25. After more research and comparing, price, mileage, and other safety and quality factors, I settled on the Continental’s for our DIL’s car. However, AT was not the lowest price among other tire retailers. I did my homework and called AT corporate office to take them up on the price match guarantee offer. They were able to beat the other stores price by a couple of dollars, so I went with AT. One thing more, I learned that AAA (Auto club) offers an additional $10 off per tire and at the time of purchase, they wouldn’t permit the additional $10 off per tire. I was told that was because of the price match situation, but honestly, there didn’t appear to be any exclusions on the $10 off offer. Bottom line, I am very happy and glad to continue my tire purchasing from Dub’s AT store…. You won’t find a nicer, hard working and all around good person running a tire store than Dub! America’s Tire is lucky to have him!

Great service, especially if you make an appointment. I needed new tires, we reviewed several options and then moved forward with what I thought was best. No pressure. Car was ready when promised. Excellent job by all involved.
