I didn't make an appointment but the wait was only about 10 minutes. Damon inspected the car and helped with recommendations. He said they would be done in two hours and called in less than two hours. Overall a good experience.

I made an appointment a few days ahead of time. It was clear as soon as I was in the lobby that I was given priority over those who were walk-ins. The sales person told me it would take roughly 1 hour for installation of 4 tires. The actual time was more like 45 min. Everyone was very polite and respectful. Very pleasant experience.

Busy store - but they handle the volume very well. Over the years I have purchased 4 sets of wheels, multiple sets of new tires, and had several repairs (flats, TPMS, etc.). Although the team members change, the service levels and willingness to work with customers has always been stellar.

Fast friendly service. Very easy to purchase the tires on their website. Scheduling an appointment helps and reduces the wait time.

They were very helpful, even though I went to the wrong location for my appointment. I dropped off my tire to be patched, which allowed them to get to it quickly and fit it in much faster then they first quoted me. They even offered to put my tire back on for me. All for free! Awesome!

I made an online appointment and was done with 4 new tires after speaking with salesperson in under 30 minutes!

Attentive, focused, experts, great job in fixing my flat tire. However, I asked for the air pressure to be corrected after my flat tire fix, but all tires were overinflated by four pounds per square inch; I did point to the sticker on the car door’s edge (when opening the door) where the tire inflation requirements are, but they were all overinflated, the car tire sensors indicated this. I had to correct the air pressure once home on all four tires.

Our family has been customer of America's Tire on Hawthorne Blvd. in Torrance for a few years. Every time we are impressed with the service we receive. Again, this last time, the staff (Matthew specifically) was not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable about their products. They provided valuable insights and recommendations without being pushy or trying to upsell. It's refreshing to see a business that prioritizes customer satisfaction over just sales. I highly recommend America's Tire for anyone in need of tire services. Their team is honest and truly knows their stuff!
