The stores are busy, so you need to be patient because the employees are top quality and know what they're doing. I recommend being at the front door a half hour before opening time and you will accomplish your mission in a timely manner. Trust me I've done a LOT of business with this company!

Good service

Purchased and had new tires installed on my vehicle. The original wheel balancing was not quite right so returned for rebalancing. Made appointment online and wheels were rebalanced at no charge. The technician stated that balance was somewhat off and the rebalance of all 4 wheels resolved the problem that I had. Overall wait time was less than an hour

Made purchase of tires on website choosing among a dozen different tires that fit my car. Recommendations were offered as well as customer reviews to help choose a tire. Purchase included installation, fees and taxes with option to purchase certificates for the tires which I did not buy. Made an appointment along with the tire purchase and avoided any time at the counter when I arrived. I was in and out with new tires in less than hour.

It was busy when I arrived, but the line moved decently quick and the staff are very nice. Wait time for installation was not bad either, it was shorter than the time estimate they gave. Will definitely return when I need new tires/tire repair

Bad customer service based on lack of one word answers and they didn’t even give me back my lug nut caps and said they were all cracked but I know only 1 was.

Tire stores tend to be a boys club where it’s intimidating to the uninitiated. I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment. They didn’t send me away, but got me worked in. I appreciated that. As a result I spent longer at the shop than had I been there on my appointed day. I observed the counter staff seamlessly switch gears between tire knowledgeable customers and customers that only knew that tires were the black round things. They took the time to explain sizing, load & speed ratings, run- flat, or season ratings in a way that educated the customer without sounding condescending. I had a very good experience and observed others have a bad day turned into a good experience as well.

Extremely courteous and very hard working staff. They are all well versed in what they do and get it done on time. Very happy with my experience at San Ramon, California store.
