It can be a little intimidating as a female to come to places like these but Jorge made the experience so easy and simple. While I was waiting for my car, the customer service from all the other associate's as people was walked in, was impressive. Fast service

I had gotten a flat tire due to running over road debris. The America's Tire on Brokaw Rd in San Jose helped me quickly, and stood by their guarantee to replace the tire, if necessary, which it was. THANKS!!!

The one thing I really like about America's Tire is that the staff are friendly. When they are helping you, they focus on you. You are the only one. They are not looking around or trying to rush you in order to help the next person in line. The staff is also knowledgeable and courteous.
