I was helped almost immediately upon walk in and the guy who helped me walked with every step of the way from the moment I walked in to when I picked up my car. And it’s always nice receiving useful knowledge. Estimated time was less than what I was told so I was happy about that

Fast & customer friendly

Stock tires were close to being worn at 36k miles. Was initially replaced by Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 but in a span of 4 days, I had to come back to the store 3 times to have the tires rebalanced /road force due to excessive vibrations. After the 3rd attempt, I couldn't bare the discomfort anymore and decided to have the set swapped with Yokohama YK-CTX. Such a big difference in ride quality and so far the new tires have been behaving good and hopefully it will stay that until it reaches the projected tread mileage.

My TPMS light came on while I was driving. It was less than an hour before closing time for this America’s Tire store, but it was Saturday and I didn’t want to wait until Monday to get my tire repaired. Even though they were busy, they were able to squeeze me in and get my tire repaired before closing time. Fantastic service!

Fast, friendly service. They always take great care of my truck and I wouldn't take it anywhere else. I always get the certificates on my tires and it comes in handy - this time a screw got in the front driver tire and they swapped it out for free.

The Salinas America's Tire detected what turned out to be a transmission oil pan leak on my 2014 BMW. Had this not been detected, I would have lost my automatic transmission. Thank you Jose and Salinas America's Tires. You go the extra mile. You rock!

i've had my tires changed here several times. Front desk has always been courteous and professional. Tire balancing has always been on point, and they don't overtorque the wheel lug nuts (I rotate the tires myself).

Excellent store to buy car tires

One thing that stands out for America's Tire is the care that the technician use when mounting tires. Before I became an America's Tire customer I suffered broken studs from over touqued lug nuts and once was stranded until I could get a tow because I was unable to loosen the lugs on a flat tire. The technicians at America's Tire always set the lugs to the required torque manually with a torque wrench. And they still work with the speed of a NASCAR pit crew.

I’ve used at least 9 different America’s Tire stores. The Salinas store just made the top of my ‘best of’ list. All who I encountered were super friendly, very present and “with” me, even if only for 8 seconds, which is the essence of refined excellent customer service. I live in Santa Cruz and will be making a trek to this store for all future tire and tire service needs.

I would never go anywhere else for tires except America’s tires. I love the fact that they will rotate and check your tire pressure for free, and in my experience they fixed my tire for free as well. I am a customer for life!

Got in for my appointment, didn’t have to wait long at all. Just bought two tires, they had them on my car faster than I ever expected. Also appreciate that they’re JUST about tires. Have been to other tire shops where they decide to pop the hood and go sniffing around where they arguably shouldn’t be, but this America’s has never done that to me.
