Counter staff work efficiently. They deal with customers with absolute courtesy. A very rainy day in Rohnert Park and multiple emergency customers (tire blowouts, etc.). This store handled every customer with patience and professional demeanor. Shop staff are professional and competent.

I was met in the parking lot even though I was 10 minutes early for my appointment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Assisted with inspecting and replacing my wipers as well. The store was clean and neat and my experience was excellent as it always is at Americas Tire.. thanks will be back!

Once they took my car in from the parking area, it only took about 20 minutes to get my tires installed. I had to wait my turn for for about 40 minutes before my car was taken into the shop. Next time, I'll make an appointment instead of just dropping in.

Immediate excellent service with a very friendly attitude from the gentleman who checked my car in. He quoted me 45 minutes but they were done in 30 minutes. I was able to take my dog for a walk while my car had the work done on the tires.

Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied after my initial tire choice was unsatisfactory for my driving experience. They readily facilitated an exchange to a better tire choice which made a huge improvement. I'm grateful for their flexibility and guidance. I trust they have my best interest in mind and are willing to do what it takes to achieve my buying experience and driving satisfaction.

AM tire has been excellent to work with, I have utilized several locations as I travel a lot, this location caught a defect/recall that another location had missed. This happened during the Holidays. They located the replacement tires & had them shipped in for me. They went above & beyond !

Kevin Bortolussi the store manager was a pleasure to work with. He was able to help me pick out the right tires I wanted and helped me to stay within my budget. To top it all off he actually put my new tires on my car as well.

There’s a sign on the door entering the shop that says you must wear safety glasses at all times. Not one worth of safety glasses anywhere on them. This makes you wonder if they don’t wear their Personal safety Equipment. Very unprofessional. If you don’t listen to their boss, then they probably don’t listen to the customers either.

It seemed like the employee that handled my visit was in training, since he was being shadowed, but he was still very friendly and efficient. He will make a great Service Employee when he's fully trained. They rotated my tires, filled them with air, and replaced my back windshield wiper (the front ones were already new). I've already recommended this shop to family members who also live in the area. I will definitely be coming back to this store for all my tire needs.

I was nervous after getting a quote from my car manufacturer for tires. But then I heard from a friend that this shop treats thier customers like family. Me being a college student, I have never had to buy tires before, so being able to buy online and then talk to the employees about all that would happen and make sure I got the right tires 100% put my stress at ease! They were quick and walked me through everything so there were no hidden fees or nothing. Even when they didn’t have my tires cus of an ordering issue they helped me make the next best decision with out changing my budget. Definitely would recommend!

I like the fact that I got a discount from America's tire on the tires online, without filling out a form from the manufacturer and waiting for the discount credit card to come in the mail. setting up the appointment online was excellent and when I got to the store the sales person was informative and took care of me right away.

I scheduled an appointment for my 31' motor home due to the size of the parking lot at this branch. I have always purchased my tires from America's Tire company. I arrived a 1/2 hour early and they immediately had my park my RV and begin work on it. It seemed like the whole crew jumped on it together and took care of my tires. I purchased 6 new tires. The crew looked like they had a great time working together and had a great attitude. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone seeking tires.

Best price on tires and speedy installation! I bought the tires online and got an appointment within two hours. Arrived and the 2 tires were installed & 1 tire repaired (nail pulled out & patched) within 40 minutes!

I can’t tell you how grateful I am having this store in my nieghbor hood. Example I had a flat tire they couldn’t fix it so they found a tire that I was able to drive home in until the tire that I needed was delivered to the store. At no time did I have to pay for the loaner tire. They called me and told me the tire was in I ended up buying all 4 tires. Thanks for helping our community!

Great experience, great team! They are absolutely willing to help, try and save you some money, because let's face it, tires are EXPENSIVE! courteous, took my car right away (appointment). Store was clean, everyone had a mask on, I saw employee spraying the furniture for sanitation (good during this pandemic). Car was finished promptly. Always such a pleasure every time I come to America’s Tire Kevin, Scott, Jacob and the whole crew are always so great to work with. I highly recomend these guys weather you need new wheels and tires, a flat inspected or really anything else Tire related give them a call!

The staff at RP location is efficient and professional beyond compare. If I have an appointment they are right on time. If I drop by for balancing/rotating I am quoted an accurate completion time. The shop is clean, the shop crew is also very friendly and professional- I would give 10 stars if I could!

So Stoked on the new tires from America's Tire!!!!!!! Victor was so great to work with on finding a wheel that would work without a fake bead lock (surprisingly hard), even after Fedex made the job as difficult as possible for these guys, Kevin Victor and Scott did such a great job and I couldn't be more pleased with the wheels and tires. I feel terrible I forgot to get the techs name who worked on my truck but he was really nice and incredibly professional and made sure I had all my take off hardware for my old wheels and tools for my new wheels before I left. All in all simply top notch service at the best prices around thank you guys so much for all the help and I'll certainly see you guys again when I'm ready for the next set.
