Tl;dr: Tire got punctured at 3am and these dudes fixed it when the big box store couldn’t. Great selection and customer service. 10/10 Wednesday, December 4, 2024 was a stressful day for me. My tire got punctured by a discarded bike in the middle of the road and I had no means to get to my job at three in the morning. My solution was ride share, but to be honest I dislike ride shares. After returning home to Redwood City it was time to get my tire fixed. My first stop was the big box store that has a store shop. I thought they would solve my issue like years past, however, they couldn’t and their wait times for tires was unacceptable. So I threw a Hail Mary and called America’s tire and instantly they had my solution. I made my way over and within an hour they had replaced my old tires with brand new Goodyear tires. Ive had them for two days now they’re so good. They make my car so much quieter than it used to be when I had my old tires from the big box store. On top of that their sales associates(?) err tire specialist went above and beyond in providing a a comprehensive customer service expierncd that included clarity on the tire purchase, friendliness, and patience. I really appreciated that they took care of my car and removed the old punctured tire from that morning. I left America’s tire feeling satisfied with their selection of tires and their customer service. Overall 10/10 would come back.

The entire staff was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and well versed in answering all my questions with so much professionalism. I was so impressed with this location, staff was number one and efficiency exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely continue to return to this location even though it’s further from my home, the service is well worth the miles.

Terrible service- I had an appointment and purchased my tires beforehand. Was told it would be a maximum 1 hour and 2.5 hours later they finally started working on my car. I spent 3 hours waiting even with an appointment and pre-purchased tires. No acknowledgement or apology provided.

good experience visiting the store. i had already ordered tires from another store but waiting on delivery. stopped by for an air check, then went inside to see what tires america tires had to offer. found a better tire for a slightly higher price. drove to the sierras the next day with noticeably better control of the car in the snow. had no problem driving around the mountains during a snowstorm.

Made it online appointment for 4:45 PM. Arrived at the store at 4:30 and was told because I had an appointment it should take between 30 and 60 minutes. After an hour, I checked with the manager who confirmed my vehicle type and last name, he told me he would check on it. 45 minutes later, I was told by a different associate that they forgot about my car and no one had brought it into the bays. I waited over two hours for four new tires. I’m sure the installation is great and the technicians are good at their jobs. But the customer service and attention to detail were certainly lacking.
