Willing to fix my tire even though they were bought somewhere else

The staff here are friendly and you can tell the work environment is very positive. Communication about my car, the affected tire and the service needed was clear and accurate. I will definitely be back for any future tire needs!

Nate was very helpful and informative. He explained everything in detail to me. I was waited on immediately.

Phone call with Kayden provided me with satisfactory information so that I could make a decision by reviewing products available online; trip to store was smooth with Nate's assistance in arranging delivery of selected products and scheduling appointment for installation. Day of appt the store was stacked with customers, I did have to wait almost an hour before my vehicle was pulled into the bay but was out within a two hour time frame. Being doing business with this store for almost ten years; they know their stuff and treat the customers right. As long as I live in this town, they will be my tire dealer!

Even with an appointment sometimes you just have to wait. Stores are very busy & are trying their best to get you through in a timely matter. That being said, I believe when you make an appointment it should take precedence. Also, when you are there in line waiting to be waiting on & their phone rings, they shouldn't pick it up & take care of the caller before you standing in front of them in the process of being waited on, I believe this to be VERY rude & states that the person on the phone is more important than you. I think the store should employ another person to answer phone in another room thus providing more time to the customer at hand. Your last impression of any retailer is the person to whom you are in contact with last at the facility, in this case the individual behind the counter waiting on you.
