I ended up visiting America's Tire three separate times because an issue with my tire sensors wasn't communicated to me during my initial visit. If I had been told from the start that the sensors needed replacement, I would have gladly paid to have them taken care of while the new tires were being installed. Instead, I had to return multiple times and spend a significant amount of extra time going back and forth to resolve something that could have been addressed during the first appointment. To their credit, they ultimately made things right by replacing three of the four sensors at no charge, and I paid for the fourth one myself. Overall, the issue was resolved, and I appreciate the effort to make it right. However, I would strongly encourage them to improve their inspection and communication process. When a customer is already having tires installed, any sensor issues should be identified and discussed during that initial visit so unnecessary return trips can be avoided.
