I have come to this store multiple times and every time the staff is super friendly and attentive. The waiting area is nice, clean and comfortable. My wait time to replace all 4 tires was shorter than estimated, I was in and out. So happy I chose this store.

Tires and installation are good. My current problem is I have been billed twice to my credit card for the full cost. I am waiting to see if the second identical charge on my credit card will be canceled. If not, I’m going to have to call America’s tire to deal with it. I consider this a very serious matter to be charged twice for the same amount which was over $1500.

A great experience from start to finish. The appointment process was easy online and the time in store was appropriately communicated via the web updates. The employees were friendly and helpful. I recommend this store for anyone in the San Gabriel valley with any tire needs.

They forgot to install the tire pressure sensors that i purchased along with the 4 tires. I caught the mistake when i noticed the valve stems were old and dirty. Had i not caught it I wouldn’t have ever known. How many times has this happened to other people who perhaps are not as observant or aware of what a tire pressure sensor looks like. I highly DON’T recommend the Pasadena store

Great Store!

Fully satisfied with my visit at Colorado Blvd, Pasadena location. Took less than 30 minutes to replaced all four tires considering the number of people ahead of me. It would have been 100% if the location also performs wheel alignment. Had to go to a different place to perform that.
