Excellent customer service. Took vehicle in early in the morning for tire rotation and balancing. I was greeted as soon as I exited vehicle and asked the reason for my visit. Vehicle was taken in immediately, serviced and returned in approximately 20 minutes. All associates were courteous and professional.

Fast and dependable. Most importantly, they stand by their warranties. They have repaired or replaced several tires for me over the last 25+ years without a hassle.

Pre purchased tires online and made an appointment. Tires got lost and my wife had to wait over 2 1/2 hours with a toddler until everything got resolved . Very unprofessional.

I had a flat tire and they assisted me with getting it taken care of right away. The certificates are definitely worth purchasing along with tires.
