America’s Tire in Palo Alto is your home for wheels and tires! We're located on the corner of El Camino Real (Highway 82) and Arastradero Road. Find us across from the McLaren dealership and next to the Hilton Garden Inn. Our store is visible and easy to access from any direction you’re heading.
Whether you’re coming in for an unexpected tire emergency, purchasing new tires and rims, or a quick complimentary air pressure check, well-trained experts are ready in our four fully-equipped service bays to handle your vehicle with state-of-the-art equipment. Our services include wheel and tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repair.
We take pride in our clean store and facilities. While your vehicle is being serviced we offer a comfortable waiting area in our showroom with free WiFi. Have a seat in front of the large window and feel free to watch your vehicle's service. We are also pet friendly and enjoy meeting your four-legged friends.
If you happen to be on your lunch break, you can venture out to restaurants within walking distance. Most notably, Hobee’s is a short walk south on El Camino, or head north to Starbucks for a quick pick-me-up. Other options include the Sea by Alexander’s Steakhouse, Su Hong, Subway, So Gong Dong, Fuki Sushi and the HoneyBaked Ham Co.
We are centrally located to local parks like Juana Briones Park and schools such as Gunn High School and Stanford University. We are also located close to technology companies like Google, Yahoo, and Hewlett Packard.
If you decide to leave your vehicle in our care, you’ll receive a prompt call or text message as soon as we complete the service.
Just stopping in for a quick air check? There’s no need to exit your vehicle. Upon entering our parking lot you will find clearly marked signs leading to our air check station where one of our team members will assist you.
We are always accepting walk-ins and, for your convenience, you can schedule an appointment as well. Parking is available in front of our service bays and can be accessed from Arastradero or El Camino. We will also happily accommodate your large trailers and motorhomes!
