I appreciate the services done at America's Tire and I frequent multiple stores as I'm all over SoCal. I wanted to highlight Sean in this Orange location specifically who met me outside of the store even before I stepped foot inside. Granted it was surprisingly slow that Friday afternoon. He was exceptional in giving me options due to my last set of tires wearing out all too soon, accurately explained why that was the case, and offered services without (too much) pressure. I understand vehicle dynamics and how wheel alignments affect tires performance, driving habits, road conditions, etc. and all that he explained was accurate. I did not intend to leave my vehicle at that moment due to a time crunch but when he explained he can get me out in 20 mins, I took him up on the challenge! Though the tires I wanted were not fully in stock (I was aware they only had 3 from the website), I compromised with a comparable brand which was in stock. Not only did he meet his promise, the rest of the guys knocked it out as well. I believe Ramon gave me back my vehicle, and recommended the right tire pressures and tire rotation schedules to stick to which was exact to my vehicle which demands higher pressures and more rotations than normal. He was aware of my time crunch but implored me to come back for an alignment at a more convenient time. Overall, this experience was great which will keep me coming back!

It was my first time at America’s Tire Shop, and all I can say is that the customer service was exceptional and they answered all my questions regarding my car and the repairs were done within time promised. I highly recommend them.

Great Service Short waiting time.

Made an appointment online on their easy to use website. Arrived at 9:20 for my 9:30 appointment. Was greeted immediately by store salesman in front. Cody assured me that he’d be able to assist me as soon as he was done helping another customer. Cody was polite, professional and informative. I was quoted a wait/finish time of 10:26 and it was honored with about 10 minutes to spare. Tire technician Ramon was also very professional and courteous in explaining the details of my flat tire, assuring me that I’d be back on the road in no time. All of the employees at this Orange location, from sales in front to the technicians in the back, work very hard. It is a fast paced environment, yet the employees demeanor stay professional. Would highly recommend this location for your tire (and more) needs.

Great customer service and great prices.

Alignment tech did not give accurate information and told me that my car was fine and a printout was not available. Another employee provided the alignment report and the car was out of alignment. Maybe the tech did not want to make adjustments? Maybe he wanted to go to lunch? Very dishonest and disappointing.

Americas Tire has made tire shopping an extremely enjoyable experience. Have bought multiple sets for our cars, and have used the certificate that is offered and have never had an issue. I would recommend this store and Mr Uriyael to service your car needs.
