Very busy store and it takes a little longer time than the Lodi store I visit often. Recently, moved to Lathrop and this is the only store nearby. They did the rotation very quickly once in the bay. Recommended few tires for longevity on my Tesla model Y

I only trust my vehicles to America’s tires for the purchase of tires. Looking for a tires or tire rotation? Look no further this branch is like no other when it comes to exceptional service! They are friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and quick. Although Dave is the manager you really can’t tell the difference because every staff there provides great customer service. They are always accommodating and are willing to meet your tire needs in every way. I bring two of my cars there with their complimentary tire rotation and they have always been quick with their services (under an hour). Two instances where they have helped me. I came in with a flat tire and had to replace the tire temporarily until I could come in and purchase the rest of the tires. I came back and they gladly accepted the tire back in exchange of buying a set of 4 new tires and gave me a credit based on wear. Another time we brought our car for tire rotation and the techs noticed we were missing multiple lug nuts and they took care of us at no additional cost! They are truly an awesome team and deserve all the accolades. I’ve been a going to this place for over 6 years and their services gets better!

Brandon Aragon provided me “family-like” customer service recently. I made an appointment at the wrong store to replace a damaged wheel with the existing tire. Although the store was busy, he finished the job in less than 15 minutes at no cost since I buy my tires at this store. This experience is not different than others I’ve had at America’s Tire which Is why I will remain a loyal customer.
