I've come to Americas Tires many times for new tires. Last time I visited the guy who helped was really friendly. This time the guy who helped me was just ok. He didn't seem to be confident in what he was saying to me. But that was ok, no big deal...I've been there many times so I already knew what to expect. But what really bothered me is that my daughter and I dropped the car off about 1:30pm and the sales guy told me it'll be ready about 2:30-2:50. So we went to go eat lunch. Came back at 2:40pm and saw my car in the parking lot. So I thought they were done but I looked at the tires and they were still the same. So I walked in and before I could really say anything he said "Oh, you're back? Ok my guys will get to it now it'll just be a few minutes." I was puzzled because i told him that we'd go to lunch while they put on 4 brand new tires and 2 windshield wipers. The sales guy said "ok, that'll be fine." I didn't know they were going to wait until we came back for lunch. If I knew that I wouldn't have left. So they could work on it sooner. Anyway, i honestly think they forgot about my car...which make me really upset because it was so expensive...I expected better. So my tires and windshield wipers should have been replaced by that time. My daughter and I waited another 20 to 30 min...sitting there waiting when it should have been worked on while we were eating lunch. Then I asked if the tires were balanced and he said, "yeah sure." So now I don't trust that it was really done. I don't believe him or the guys working on my car. And that's such a shame because I've never had a problem, loved the store, pleased with the customer service and feeling not lied to afterwards. Not sure if I want to come back anymore. I know in the survey I marked "yes" I would recommend Americas Tires to a friend but I changed my mind. I WON'T. Maybe because I am a female they felt they could take advantage of me. I've lost my trust in Americas Tires.
