They not only repaired the puncture but also took the initiative to rotate all of my tires as part of the service, ensuring my car was in optimal condition before I left. The team worked efficiently, and I appreciated their attention to detail. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend this location for their exceptional service and care!

Tires for both cars were ordered and ready the next morning by Jaime. We took both cars in, and we were both out of there in 30 minutes. Exceptional service, sales, and technicians . The waiting room was spotless, and comfortable. This was a great visit, and they went above our expectations!

Put four brand new tires on the car and the balancing was way off! Pep Boys had to tell me what was wrong with my car.

I came in when it was absolutely not busy at all. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for 4 tires. They worked on it like they were a NASCAR crew, and there were no issues with the tires or installation. Exceptional work, as usual!
