Everyone was so helpful, I feel very comfortable having my car serviced when necessary at American Tire.

Friendly Staff, Great Website, Prompt Service, Clean Store, Fair Prices. Only wish they performed alignments here - requires that you go elsewhere to have that service done. Also a preferred installer if you choose to purchase from Tire Rack (although they will price match here). I will be a repeat customer going forward. Great Job guys! Thanks.

Absolutely great service with no drama. I'm so tired of dealing with Costco (all drama and attitude). I love the professionalism and great service from America's Tire. I've had tires installed in Mt View CA, Tucson AZ (called Discount Tire outside of CA), and Goleta CA (my family is spread out) and great service at each location.

Everyone at this location is exceptional, I've never had a bad or negative experience every single time I've visited, whether it be for tire rotation, air fill or in this case, new set of tires installed. Scott M (#19) was quick, efficient and friendly at check in and I appreciate the banter about my Tahoe, where we were originally from and what we like to do for fun. I didn't catch the name of the check-out guy that liked my "King of the Hammers" t-shirt and the Tahoe - but he too is appreciated for his knowledge of fun stuff and ability to relate to his customers! Extremely happy with this visit and love the new K02's!!!

I highly recommend America’s Tire. The person that helped me with getting the tires went so above and beyond with all my questions about the tires and had total patience. He explained very well on the tires I got and how they handle different weather, which was important to me. Everybody was so friendly. Even the guys. Putting on the tires, came up to me when I left and explained to me how they rotated the tires. Goleta, California has a great employee team, who deserve to be recognized by their higher up! They get 10 Stars from me!

I needed a tire vs. a patch after finding a nail embedded in my tire. I was shocked that a warranty was not purchased on the day that I bought four tires less than a year ago. Kyle offered me a warranty on all four tires instead of asking me to pay for a new tire. I left very satisfied. Thank you Kyle!
