I had an interesting and potentially negative experience with the salesman at the front, but luckily the guy who worked on my car, Kaden G., was super awesome and helpful and turned it all around. I got his name because he was such a lifesaver, super helpful, and went above and beyond so I wanted to leave him a positive review!

check that a plug can be done before you start and give the client a percentage of it being able to be fixed successfully before starting work and limiting their options like to buy a new set of tires.
