The prices are on a par with the Discount big box stores, but the service is exceptionally good and that’s what has bought my loyalty to Americas tire. The mechanic called me over and pointed out to me a problem with my suspension that could’ve been extremely serious, and even though Americas tire was not going to repair it, I was able to take it to my mechanic and for a minimal investment fix the situation that could’ve been very dangerous had I not known. I’m very grateful to Americas tire.

America's Tire has the best customer service. Period. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. AT has the best prices, but more importantly, their team is professional and knowledgeable. I have been coming here for years, but recently I came in for a flat repair with no reservation and was done in less than an hour - no charge for the fix.

Good and fast service

Came for rotation and balance. Awesome service overall. The only reason I'm deducting 1 star is that I was told the air pressure of all 4 tires would be inspected and inflated if needed. Once my car was ready, the rep told me the tires had been inflated to 39 psi. When driving home, I noticed that only 2 tires were inflated to 39 psi. The other 2 were at 34 psi. No problem as I have my own inflator. Maybe they just forgot to inflate the other 2 tires? Anyway, I will keep coming since it's an excellent store overall.

I was so cared for at Americas Tires. The staff listened to my concerns while explaining, gave me honest advice and were able to help me within the confines of my circumstances. I left with 4 new tires, and confidence of driving safely on the road again.

The price that I obtained on the website that night before I visited the store was changed to a higher price by their corporate office on the day that I visited the store. The associate that helped me initially did not want to honor the printed price from their website from the previous day until the store manager intervened. Furthermore, the associate became argumentative and attempted to sell me a lower quality brand tires instead of helping resolve the price discrepancy or asking the store manager for alternative solution.

Will never go anywhere else for tires - love this place!

Parking is tough and street parking is by luck. I had to circle a few times and parked up the street. When it was my turn to be helped, I had to move my car and ended up blocking one of the entrances and then move into a spot when another customer didn’t want to go out the other entrance. All while on a major flat tire. But once all that was said and done, waiting over an hour and got 2 new tires, 1 under warranty so I saved a little money.

Check the charges before you pay. They sneak in extras.
