I'm a return customer having purchased new tires last year. I was a walk-in customer to get a leaky tire fixed and to get a wheel alignment. The store was booked/busy; so, I expected a long wait time. I was told approx 3hrs but they were able to get to my car after an hour. Work was completed in about an hour. All staff were courteous, professional, and kept me informed.

Great store all the employees are great. Just drop in, the online appointment booking is over a week out, and I couldn’t wait that long. I went in on Monday, ordered the tire and had the work done on Wednesday. No problem.

I used to go to Costco for tires. I drove by America's Tire and found out they offer free drive through tires pressure check. One of my tire has nail, they patch it for free. I spend $40 for rotate & balance tires here cause my tires were not purchased from them. One of my friends spend $150 for rotate & balance tires at other shops. Overall American Tire store is the place you can trust for their products & services. Friendly & honest teams, I will definitely buy tires & windshield wiper from them when I need the new ones next time. Forget about Costco, long waiting time & crowded!

Great experience

After replacing four tires, 3 of the valve caps were missing. TPMS were messed up that LR pressure reading is for the LF tire. I had a low pressure warning on LR because a puncture on LF tire same day after replacing the tires. After checking the LR tire pressure I thought it was TPMS giving false readings, so I missed the best time to get the car to a store and fix the LF tire, which cost me another $500.

Add a couple of vending machines for drinks and snacks and people waiting might even enjoy their wait more.

Busy store but with check in processing currently in place it went very fast and extremely organized. Morgan was handling checkin that day and was super efficient and professional. Cleanest restroom ever seen after my drive there! Outstanding!

Aside from the long wait time, service was phenomenal.
