Great overall visit got my new tire put on in less than 20 minutes also upgraded my tire due to not having it in stock due to some issue but they did forget my center cap but good service overall

I have used this Concord store multiple times over the past 10 years. Each time the store employees have been very efficient and helpful. Most recently I replaced all four tires and my car was ready 30 minutes ahead of my wait time. Great employees and highly recommended!

Quick service! I thought I was just dropping off my car but they told me they can work on it right away, so I waited. It was done in less than an hour. Shout out to Adrian for fixing my tire problem very quickly and for thoroughly answering my questions.

It’s unfortunate that you go to get your tire changed or replaced and the representative gives you attitude for no reason it is a brand new year a time of joy and festivity and I know we all have bad days but you are at work leave those issues at home and if you are not feeling well stay at home please don’t try to steal peoples joy happy new year to you all
