Excellent & quick service

Great store, quick and efficient tire pressure checks. They don't try to oversell. Victor is very curteous and always happy to answer my questions or concerns.

Great place to get your vehicle to get worked on. Just note if you have a stuck (crossthreaded) lug/logout, you will need to have another shop remove it for you before you arrive here. This place is fast and will get you a quick quote and rapid service.

The employees do not take their jobs seriously, and management does not take responsibility for their actions. I brought in two different cars, from different years, on different days, and they managed to break my car's studs. They blamed it on the age of the first car, even after we brought up that their employees were horsing around in the shop, on their phones, and, while changing the tires, jumping on the pipe to loosen the lug nuts. They told me I had to pay for the damage. They did the same thing when I brought the second car, on a different day. This time, I brought up the previous incident. After reviewing their notes, they said they would fix the broken studs. This is so upsetting and frustrating. Especially when it's their wrongdoing, as they were not willing to take responsibility, and I had to pay for my first car's stud replacements. This is not what I expected from America's Tires, especially after being with them for many years.

My family and I have purchased tires from America's Tire for years. We recently moved to Grand Terrace and visited the Colton store because I had a flat tire. From my previous experiences I knew that I could count on America's Tire to check my tires with no commitment. The technician checked my tires immediately upon arrival and I was notified that the flat tire was severely damaged and would need to be replaced. I went in the store to see what my options were, and I chose my replacement tires. I was able to get my new tires done within 30 minutes even though they were minutes from closing. I had to return the next day as I wasn't able to stay the previous day to install my new tires. My order was already in the system and Michael showed my husband the tread on my tires and why he recommended replacing my tires. We decided to replace 2 tires, paid, had the tires installed while we went home to relax. My car was ready in 30 minutes! We are very satisfied with our purchase and experience. We will be returning in the next month or two to replace the other 2 tires.

A bit of a wait with some cars in front of mine. But once my car was up for a rotation it was done in 10 minutes if that. Overall great experience on a busy day. Even with only 2 bays running.

BAD experience

From drop off to pick up, less than 2 hours. Store is clean, staff is professional and friendly, and full of knowledge. Was my first visit to this store, highly recommend for all your tire and wheel needs. I was very impressed with the assistance in selecting new tires for my car. Good price, great service. Highly recommend this store. A+.
