Very good people and great community atmosphere

I’ve been buying tires here for years and for all of my cars/trucks. The online ordering and appointments works really well along with times that I’ve just arrived unannounced. They also quickly perform tire rotations and any repairs. I will continue to buy tires here.

The service I received was efficient and thorough, and I was very impressed by the quality of customer service at this location. Thank you for making my experience so streamlined and positive! I couldn’t ask for better service.

Very Professional

In KY case I was seen but time to pay I didn't have my wallet in my purse,so I hurry to my park car in ( the handicap parking) and found it & hurried back to pay. This was before I was service for my tire that had a flat and then they recommend windshield wipers. So I pd for the wipers and was told it would be 1 hour. Instead people came in and up to 8 people came afterwards but was seen readily before me. I was told about 1 hr,instead just to check tire pressure &set of air and wipers. I waited for. 1-1/2 hrs. I finally ask, will I be next,?? Then I was seen....I was not happy. But I did thank them.... because that's the type of person I am. All in all I just think they should have taken me in the order that I was. I still like the store I usually go to in Fontana on Citrus. They are more professional plus always have hot coffee while you wait....

This store in colton was very great and helpful and good service

Good service, good people for the one in Colton.If you go to the one in fontana off slover I would not recommend they take too long and are not willing to help you with any discounts
