Val was very nice and knowledgeable regarding all products we purchased. We were able to leave our vehicle and received updates when it was finished so we didn’t have to wait at the store we could come back and pick up later. And the timeframe they gave us was very accurate. Looking forward to doing future business with Val and the Clovis store.

Excellent customer service and great performance A+

Mostly great, did expect to see my car being worked on a little sooner that a half hour after I arrived since I had an appointment which was made the month before. My vehicle also had to be returned after leaving the shop because the tire monitors where not checked after they where programmed and one shown 64 pounds which through an error when it was only less than 35 lbs.

They were great !!! It was a good experience …

Absolutely amazing customer service. They looked at vehicle, checked out all tires. Replaced my spare back under my car, replaced all lug nuts for free, checked my front axle as I was in a car crash. I will be going back when I need more tires

When entered David immediately greeted me I explained my situation. I laughed because I had just been there the week before. After he reviewed my info, inspected my car he came back & told me I was getting g a FREE new tire. Oh boy, did I get excited. And I let David know he made my day. Albert was our representative. He was very helpful and honest about the services we needed. Other tire shops or dealerships would usually try to upsell what customers "need", but America's Tire is honest and provides quick and good quality service. Ordered winter tires for my vehicle which arrived the next day! Made an appointment and my new tires were mounted and my existing tires were bagged in less than an hour. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions fully. Pricing was very competitive with other businesses. This is my fourth purchase with America's Tire and I have always been happy with doing business with America's Tire. I would highly recommend this company.

I worked in a tire shop for five years; it’s how I paid my way through college. I’m super picky on who I allow to work on my cars, and your Clovis store is one of the few, and here’s why. 1) I look for stores which are busy; they are just like a good restaurant. If they are good, the parking lot is full. 2) People have purpose; time is money and if you have people standing around, your wages go up and productivity go down. To the customer, if they see employees standing around, the expectation is that your employees don’t care, the customer has extended wait times and that will be a lost customer, that’s one less car in the parking lot. 3) Expectations; I watch your employees using the same tire machinery I used, so I know first hand that your employees are doing everything correctly, all the way to hand torquing the lug nuts. 4) Staff; When I revisit a company for service, I expect to see the same employees upon each visit. I know the number one asset a company has is its employes. When I see the same employees over time, I know it’s a good employer. I will always return for that. Lastly, Austin greeted me when I walked in, and that is exactly why I keep returning to your Clovis store. He was the guy working on my car(s) in the past, now he is they guy greeting me when I walk in and taking care of the sale. Austin is the kind of person you want interacting with your customers, not only super easy to get along with, but after years working in the shop, he has first hand experience when customers might have questions. I’m a fan of seeing hard workers rising to the top. Side note: Austin shared with me what a wonderful organization America’s tire is and that how the owner/manager of the Clovis store does an outstanding job. Just saying, that was unprompted and unexpected, but totally appreciated. Lastly, I really appreciate how your company has integrated technology. I appreciate the email receipts and the text messages notifying me of my vehicle status. Props to your CIO or I.T. Director. I always need tires and I have a choice; I choose you. Thank you.

EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL! Fast service...

I always receive quick friendly service. I walked in store around 3:30pm and I was out within the hour with a new set of tires fully installed and balanced ready to go. What made it so impressive is I didn’t have and appointment.

During a free air check one gentleman spotted my front tire was looking suspicious. He checked it out and found a nail. All the staff were helpful and got my tire fixed. It was an awesome experience.

I was very surprised of the condition of the Clovis store it was clean and very well organized. Albert who helped me through the process was quick and said it will be about an hour wait. I was in and out with 4 new tires in about an hour.

Just wanted to say THANKS AGAIN. At my mechanic at 5:45pm with a staple in my tire. Brought it into the store, got there at 6:05pm, just after closing time. Salesperson asked if I could bring it back tomorrow, I said it’s my Birthday tomorrow. He said no problem we’ll take care of it. Think his name was Julian? Austin wrote it up, Albert was very pleasant. I was out of there around 6:15-6:20. Albert said we try to do the right thing, Austin said we wouldn’t let you go with a flat tire. You have my business!!
