Great Staff

I attempted to make an appointment on line for an alignment but appointments for that service not available. When I went into store, decided to purchase for tires and alignment at 1030am, quoted ready by 2:38. Left vehicle waited for text that tires installed, no text, called at 3:30 was told car ready. Went in to pick up but alignment not done. Vehicle not completed for pick up till 4:45. No apology or accommodation given for extra 2 hour wait.

Representative is friendly and knowledgeable

Great team !

I had an excellent experience at this America’s Tire location. The manager came out personally to greet me and took the time to understand the special requirements for my Porsche Taycan Turbo S. The two technicians who worked on the car were outstanding: professional, careful, patient, and detail-oriented throughout the tire installation. They handled the wheels properly, took their time, and paid attention to the small details that matter on a high-performance vehicle. I really appreciated the level of care and respect the team showed. Based on this experience, I’ll be coming back to this location for service on my other high-performance vehicles as well.
