The service is on point , the employees are all super helpful and intelligent. During a walkthrough I was shown the life of my tires by millionaires and was advised what to do with that information. Overall I recommend this place every time and if you schedule online it’s even so much easier. A+

Ricardo was great and friendly. He noted all my requests and the guys in the shop were phenomenal and FAST! They read the notes and moved right along with the install and I was out of there in little over 30 min.

The sudden flat tire was confusing, but thank goodness America's Tire was nearby. The staff was friendly and found the problem faster than expected, and also offered and implemented a solution. I never thought buying tires would be this easy. I ordered the special tires needed for my 1998 BMW Roadster Z-3 online. When the tires were in route the store called and we scheduled an appointment. I dropped of the vehicle, received a progress text when they received the tires and about 30 to 45 minutes later received a text "the vehicle was ready for pickup." Great customer service throughout the entire process!!!

Tire installation/balancing went well. Over inflated tires. They han no idea on programming new TPMS senders. After 3 tries and 3 different answers of which none worked I ended up calling the manufacture. I again went back to the store and insisted they follow instructions I received trom manufacture. this immediately remedied the problem of showing tire pressure of 0 in all tires.
