New Tires and Wheel Store in Campbell, CA 95008

I can’t recommend this store right now after recent experience. I seem to be told one thing in the phone, and something rose in person when I show up. No accountability.

Rude service rep, thinks he knows everything, in fact he lacks compassion to customers, not until I asked to speak to the manager of the store did the issue at hand got resolved. The rep showed very poor judgement and was unable to think outside the box. This is the first time I had such a terrible experience at America's Tire, which left a sour taste in my mouth.

America's Tire is always great. The store staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also recommend getting the extended warranty on the tires. It will bail you out if you ever have a major tire issue. Even for minor issues, they will repair your tire and balance it for free. Excellent service.

Great customer service. I was in and out in under an hour with 4 new tires at a great price.
