Everyone at this store is super helpful! They had the tires I needed in stock and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I was expecting the wait to be a while but my wait time was very minimal which was surprising since it was Saturday morning. It seems like everyone on the team does their part to make sure things run smoothly/ efficiently which I really appreciate. Overall I’m super happy with my experience and will be back in the future.

A little indifferent on my car being ready and no text message update that it was done, services writer was nive but didnt chevk in on work order was closed, and i requested my best tire was to be salvaged and put into my trunk which it wasnt but i wqs informed it was so i didnt bother to check. Very professional but forgetful.

Had all 4 tires replaced of vehicle. Technician stripped lug nut on front driver side wheel. Was told by 2 different people that having 4 out of 5 lug nuts on was fine and would be okay ? Since getting tires replaced Tire Sensor Light (TPMS) on dashboard keeps turning on as if tire is under-inflated......Not a Good First Time Experience

I have had a horrible experience at americas tires I went there to have tires changed out and spent over $1000 on new tires . I waited all day for my car to be ready I finally got a call that it was done . I was in a rush because I had to get my son i hoped in my car and picked up my son arrived at home and noticed a huge crack in my rim my rim was severely damaged and cracked . I then started looking at all my other rims and sure enough they were scratched cracked and damaged!!!! This clearly was done by the employee that changed my tires and they didn’t even care to mention to me that they had caused such horrible damage to my rims when I picked up my car . The next morning I immediately drove to their store and confronted them with all 4 of my damaged custom 20 “ inch rims !!! They took full accountability that they did it !!! And passed me over to their insurance company and that’s as far as it’s gotten their insurance company has been ignoring me and has done absolutely nothing !!! They won’t even answer my calls my car has not even been evaluated or fix and it’s going on 3 weeks my car is t even drivable because the wheel is vibrating my whole car because of the rim and my alignment as well!! This is not right I should have to deal with this because of a workers negligence!!!!

I made an appointment online when I arrived in the store they had a sign out with my name saying welcome and my time of the appointment. that was a very nice touch
