Everyone at this store is super helpful! They had the tires I needed in stock and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I was expecting the wait to be a while but my wait time was very minimal which was surprising since it was Saturday morning. It seems like everyone on the team does their part to make sure things run smoothly/ efficiently which I really appreciate. Overall I’m super happy with my experience and will be back in the future.

Sales Associate was rude and disrespectful, after inviting me to counter, he went take care of another customer...I had to wait ten minutes. After aI complained he was not apologetic, argued in front of other customers. The assistant manager interceded and apologize for the rude employee. The employee continued to argue with manager, all unprofessional in front of other customers. The assistant manager did a great job, and gave me satisfactory service. The initial sales rep is in the wrong business

Would have rated overall experience a 5 but this latest visit tested my patience. Been coming to this location in Brentwood CA for years and have had good experience overall. Love that the company was established by a veteran as I am one also. On this latest visit I had to return 4 times before they figured out the problem with the maintenance performed. I had tire rotation and replacement of tire pressure sensors done. Low tire pressure light kept coming back on. Long story short the valve stems were leaking on two tires no less including the spare. Leak checks should have been done at reassembly but was skipped. It’s a good thing I caught the tires deflating or else I would have required a tow. Plus the tires were not rotated correctly as requested, I had to go to the service bay to point it out. Technician reasons that they don’t get enough information from the service advisors input from the customer. The place was busy but quality of work should still be a top consideration
