New Tires and Wheel Store in Bakersfield, CA 93312

Got a flat tire arriving to work in the morning, I scheduled an appointment online to take it in after work. The guy understood my situation and worked with me in pricing. He was friendly and explained everything to me, I'm sure I was a pain of a customer coming in broke but he handled the situation professionally. The technician was quick and polite. Luckily the tire was able to be patched up. Total time was about 30 minutes and they were behind. I'm a satisfied customer and plan on returning to purchase a set of tires.

They are affordable and have a friendly, knowledgeable staff. I won’t buy my tires anywhere else.

Rosedale location is awesome, can get busy but they hustle to get things done and they do it right!

I had scheduled for tire repair later in the day. I called and they were able to get me in earlier. The representative was knowledgeable and efficient. The tire was repaired by the technician and has not given me any further problems.

Shop clearly damaged a brand new wheel when installing tires that I ordered from them and did not say a word to me. I didn’t inspect both wheels, only one, and found the second wheel clearly damaged by the install upon arriving home. None of the employees said a word about the damage to the wheel that had never even had a tire on it prior, clearly hoping I wouldn’t notice.
