New Tires and Wheel Store in Apple Valley, CA 92307

All the staff we’re friendly got me in and out of there very quick. I had appointments at other places and appreciated the fast service..

I have always had good experiences here at this store. The services they provide including the freebies really help. It's great they now have alignment services at this store, including the free alignment test. All employees I have worked with over the years have always been friendly and professional.

Always appreciate the service I receive here. The staff is always kind, professional, quick, and informative.

I have been buying tires from America's Tires for many years. Bought a set of tires from another retailer, thinking I could save a few bucks, first mistake. Never again. The place I bought my tires couldn't balance the tires despite trying on two separate attempts. Brought my truck here, and the tech balanced them in 30 minutes. Absolutely the best customer service before, during, and after the sale. I've always felt that America's Tire appreciates me for being their customer. I learned my lesson, won't be going where else for tires.

Every time I have visited this America Tire's I have been greeted immediately, everyone is so friendly . Great customer service.

I have always had excellent service at this store.

Great Service

It was ok but they made me wait little longer than schedule but I will go back when I'm ready to buy new tires for my toyota truck

Great digital communication, but the physical check-in process needs work. I couldn't find my designated bay because the sidewalk signs were blocked by traffic and parked cars. Additionally, having a staff member direct me out was stressful because they weren't visible in my mirrors. I'd suggest your team use bright light sticks to direct traffic; it would make the process much safer and clearer for drivers.
