Wonderful & fast good service

The first guy was an installer I believe as they were really busy. But he tried but really did not know much about what they had but tried. I found what we were looking for online. When we got there to have them installed, everything went better than one could expect recommend this store for sure!

Great customer service

Fantastic customer service from the Manager Ty at Yuba City, CA. I drove up with a warning on low tire pressure and he was my angel. Checked it all out and said all your tires have low weight and now you are good to go. He also mentioned that a couple lugs were missing and the others had swollen. No one had ever explained it before or for that matter so thoroughly for me to easily understand and I am so grateful for that. I had mentioned to him that they have a horrible time trying to get my tires off at other places that I have been to and now I know why, as no one had ever explained to me that the issue could be resolved. He suggested new lugs, and said that the ford lugs tend to swell in the heat and is what has happened to yours, and you should not have any more issues. I was only there for it seemed maybe 32 minutes while I got new lugs and wiper blades. Moving forward, now no worries about any tires falling off and or the issue of just trying to get them off, as they could not in the past find a proper tool for the task. I want to thank again for America's Tire having such a great extremely knowledgeable manager at this location named Ty. I also enjoyed casually watching and listening to him with other customers as I waited for my vehicle. He is take charge, professional, friendly, kind, helpful and awesome with his staff. He runs a great operation as well. Thank you America's Tire for having such a great manager at this location named Ty. He is an asset to your corporation and I hope he goes further within your company structure.

I had a flat tire that needed repair. I first went to the Elk Grove store and it was super busy. I really didn't feel I like I was attended to. I decided to go to the Yuba City store and treated very well. The employee was able to assist me. I find this store as not so busy and very attentive staff.

Best place to go to American tire they they help you give you good deals. Respect your vehicle. Take care of you when you’re there.

Needed to replace my tires. Shopped around few tire places and American Tire were lower priced and there is not much wait time. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Extremely fast and no pressure while still making sure you have what you need. Basically I didn’t feel ignored but none of the used car salesman act going on. Clean store, very nice staff! I’ll be back for sure!

Had a flat and had car towed to this location. REN told me the tires I wanted were available. We didn’t get there till 5:30 but they made sure we were still helped with our tire replacement. So happy they helped out in such an emergency.

First time into America’s tire and the experience was positive. The manager named Josh was very helpful and knowledge. He was honest and upfront. I purchased a set of tires and was out within 45 of arriving.

Clean store, knowledgeable and professional staff. I came right before closing with nail in my tire and they assisted me with no hesitance and no charge. They informed me of the state of my tires and the manager, aren’t did not try to pressure me to purchase new tires but instead printed me out quotes and gave me information on the state of my tire tread. I will be back to purchase new tires.

My service tech, James, provided me with excellent service. He probably deserves a raise and a promotion. I shopped and paid on line but, the install went flawless because of the service provided by James and the install guys. Very satisfied.
