New Tires and Wheel Store in Santa Clarita, CA 91350

Johnny took me in but never explained about my tire condition nor made any recommendations. He was never polite nor cordial. I would say I had a very poor customer service experience that day. Most of my experience were good so far. I just learned to never leave my car for service because last time I did it, they never lock my car when they leave at the open parking lot. They did it twice on same day (because I dropped off my 2 cars on same day for service). From that time on, I just wait for my car to be done.

Ive been going to the Santa Clarita store for many years. Bart, the store manager is awesome, and his team is always on top of it. The service is always an A+. Trust me, Im not the person that fills out these survey's, but when I do, it's because the store and or people deserve the reconition.

Trevor was an amazing help very knowledgeable.

Johnny was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I appreciated his professionalism and that off his colleagues who I dealt with. I highly recommend this America's Tire Store.

Tech was able to quickly resolve the issue that the previous tire shop caused, was in & out of the shop within 15 minutes, been going to this location over 20 years without any issues.
