This store has engaged in actually taking the time to verify that larger tires will fit on the rear end of both my 2001 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab pickup and my 2013 Nissan NV 2500 HD van. Some stores are reluctant to sale tires that are larger diameter past the manufacture specifications. I am Ok with offset tire sizes because if I need to rotate my tires, I can pull a second set from my garage that are the same size of my front tires. As a Merchant Marine I am not really home long enough to drive my vehicles enough to need tire rotations any way.

They Employees are nice and store is clean that is the only thing that was good about my experience here. I went in for a Tirerack.com warranty replacement for a tire I received was losing air and going flat every 6 hours. I was told that I should go here since America's Tire bought over Tire rack and they would take care of it with no issues. Well when I arrived they were pretty busy which is fine with me seeing this makes me think that they will do a great job. I was wrong. They mounted my tire to my brand new rim, balanced it and installed it. I left and went 1/4 mile down the road to the chevron gas station and my TPMS is going off saying it is low. It was at 34 PSI where the factory recommended on my 2013 Dodge Ram is 39 PSI. I filled it up at the gas station. I drive home which is 5 miles away and park my vehicle. I come out 4 hours later and same issue it was at 29 PSI. It is now leaking air out of the new tire that they just installed. Also upon looking at my tire to fill out ONCE AGAIN I have damage to my brand new rims. A nice scrape and other damage on my rim which looks like it was from an impact driver. I have not even driven more than 50 miles with my new rims and now I have a nice scratch mark on glossy black rims. I will not be going here again. I will just go to Costco for now on as I have never had an issue there. Very Very upset.
