Very nice people. Close to shopping if you need to do some while waiting. Store is clean and nice. In the past, they had coffee and water, unfortunately not now. A good experience if you are shopping for tires, or other products or services that they provide.

Best experience from tire selection to customer service. Use the website to select and order the tires. Make an appointment (but walk-ins are OK). Have them installed with the great customer service. I highly recommend Jackson’s American Tire.

Customer service like it should be. This is a shop that realises good service will result in good returns. I seriously won"t buy tires anywhere else. It's unusual to find a business that measures up but they really do.

Originally I was quoted a price on tires that was $300 less than what I paid. The first quote was for a set of tires that were no longer available in my wheel size. Over all I got the brand I wanted. Even though I paid way more I would not shop anywhere else

Nick is absolutely wonderful to work with. He has helped me get my boat trailer tires replaced quickly. My boat is working vessel and sitting for too long isn't good. I have had to have2 tires replaced recently, on separate days. They were able to get me in and out quickly. Excellent customer service here and I drive here from Stockton for that reason.

I have been going to America’s tire in Jackson for years. I have bought many sets of tires from Matt and would never buy tires anywhere else. I always leave with the satisfaction that if anything were to happen Matt and his team would take care of it.

Very good customer service along with good it didn’t take long for my tires to be fixed. I will be back to do more business with American tire.

Dillon and Nick helped me get in an hour before my appointment. They also saved me money due to another tire shop telling me I needed a new trailer tire. They showed me how the high pressure tires have seams and that's how they are made. This will be my new Americas Tire location, even though it's a little further than where I used to go.

Replaced wiper blades, was a little more $ than expected.

Booked an appointment online. Very fast and convenient. The store associate met me outside and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. My vehicle was ready in about an hour and pickup was a breeze. Again, less than 5 minutes. This is my 3rd set of tires from this store and will return when ready for another set. Great job,
