Josh is awesome! Takes care of me every time and is great at customer service. Everyone is great at the Indio location but Josh is my go to. Give this man a raise!

Excellent store! Ordered two rear tires online and set appointment for two days later. Received a call from store next day to inform me tires were in, and invited me to come in later that day if I like. I chose to keep the original appointment for the next day, arrived at time of appointment and was finished in 45 minutes… the exact amount of time they told me it would take. Highly recommend!

Best experience I have ever had purchasing tires, the price was great and the service was excellent, I booked and bought online and was on my way home 30 minutes after arriving at the store, highly recommend Americas Tire in Indio!

I made an appointment on line for a tire rotation. I got there 10 min early and after 25 minutes waiting, I finally gave them my keys so it could be serviced. It took them an hour and 5 minutes to rotate my tire EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT!!! I won’t go back to this store again. I have been to other locations where they have a line specifically for people with appts. And it has nerve taken more tan 15-20 minutes to rotate my tires once arrived. I’m not sure whose fault it was but someone is not managing this location like the other ones.
