Making an appointment was a disappointment

I can be very critical about customer service because in today’s age it is hard to find a place where they value their customers and hire people that care. However, l have been a loyal customer to Americas Tires for years! One of the main reasons is, they fixed my flat tire free of charge about 12 years ago. That left an impression on me, and I am happy to say, they are still amazing!! I never go anywhere else and recommend them to family and friends!

Matt and the America's Tire staff in Elk Grove took care of my complete full-size van tire and tire sensors job. From beginning to end, Matt and his staff made sure completion was to my customer satisfaction so everything was operational and working properly. Highly recommend this store and staff.

Great consistent service every time!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this shop is. I stopped by to have the air pressure checked in all my tires (which they do free of charge), and had to have one of them repaired. I was shocked to find out they also repair the tires for free, all they ask is to consider them if you need new tires. Everyone I spoke to was patient, courteous and professional and I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a repair or looking to purchase new tires or rims.

Great experience. My tire was fixed quickly.

The sales associates were friendly and helpful. They explained that I could go at least one more rotation before my tires need to be replaced. I appreciate that about America’s Tires. Their sales associates don’t try to sell you tires if you don’t need them.

It was a pleasant experience. Bijan Ong, the assistant manager acknowledged my presence and let me know someone would assist me very shortly. For me that was a 10 out out 10, just being acknowledged. On being served, I was provided with satisfactory answers to my questions, another big plus. The waiting experience was relaxed and pleasant. Maybe a coffee machine in the waiting area might add a nice touch.

Great Service!

Was not happy how, they lift the cars up without really looking where to jack them up, and how they just abruptly drop the car hard that it almost slipped from the jacks that were on the other side. I also don’t understand how my tire pressure was set at 48-50psi cold when it’s supposed to be at 42psi, now I have one sidewall of the tire splitting and this was the tire with 50psi cold. Possibly from over filling the tires. I can see the markings where they lifted the car up, the metal is marked/dented, clearly didn’t jack from the jacking points. Luckily my cars battery wasn’t punctured. Hope they will take care of customers cars better and fill air to the recommended psi. Also I don’t think they change the tire valves as they told me. Overall not happy with the service I received.
