Cooper stands behind its tire technology with a 45‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee. You’ll have up to 45 days from purchase to decide if select tires are right for you or exchange them for a different set of Cooper, Goodyear, Dunlop, Kelly, or Mastercraft tires. Conditions and limitations apply.

How the 45‑Day Guarantee works

• Bring your tires and original sales receipt to the same store within 45 days of purchase.
• We’ll help you exchange them for an eligible set from Cooper, Goodyear, Dunlop, Kelly, or Mastercraft.
• If the new set costs more, you pay the difference (including tax). If it costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.
• Mounting and balancing for the exchange are included. Valve stems are extra if needed.

Limitations and requirements

• Tires must be undamaged. Damage from misuse, road hazards, vehicle mechanical issues, or racing/competitive use is excluded. Tires removed from the original vehicle are not eligible.
• Only the originally purchased tires are covered; replacement tires are not covered by the 45‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
• Tires must have no more than the first 2/32" of tread wear.
• You must return to the location that sold the tires and present the original sales receipt.

Tire Protection Certificates: what they cover and when to consider them

Discount Tire’s optional Certificate for Repair, Refund or Replacement adds protection against road hazards and manufacturer defects. You can add Certificates when you buy your tires or up to 30 days after purchase.

Coverage highlights: - Applies for up to 3 years from the purchase date, while the covered tire has more than 3/32" of tread remaining. - If damage is nonrepairable, you receive a refund of the covered tire’s full purchase price toward a replacement — no prorating or disqualifications. - Rated 5/5 stars in a poll of 8,000 customers who redeemed Certificates.

Is it worth it? If you want extra peace of mind from unexpected road hazards and manufacturer defects, Certificates can be a smart add-on. They’re optional and easy to add within 30 days if you prefer to decide after your purchase.
