I had a flat tire (24 psi) with a nail head showing and went to Discount even though I knew making an on line appoitment would provide faster service. I was prepared to wait (brought lunch & book) and I did wait which I understood. Service was excellent.

I put this review in Google Maps yesterday: Where Competence Goes to Die I visited the Bellevue Discount Tire on Friday, March 13th, an appropriately unlucky date for an encounter with such staggering mediocrity. Having learned nothing from last year's debacle, when this same location sold me four tires they couldn't balance correctly (a fact I only discovered by seeking a second opinion elsewhere), I returned yesterday for a simple balance, rotation and pressure check. One would think that adjusting tire pressures to manufacturer specifications is rudimentary for a business that exists solely to service tires. One would be wrong. I asked explicitly. They confirmed verbally. And yet they sent me away with the pressures completely reversed — 39 psi on the front, 34 psi on the rear — directly contradicting the car's door jamb sticker specifications they either ignored or cannot read. This is not a mistake; it is negligence dressed up as service. They performed the rotation and simply couldn't be bothered to finish the job correctly. The verbal assurance was either a lie or evidence of profound indifference and incompetence. Either way, it renders their word worthless. If you value your time, your vehicle, or the truth, go elsewhere. This shop operates on the principle that you won't check their work. I did. They failed. Again.
