Everything was great until the next day after my tires were installed. On Sunday one of the tires was completely flat due to a valve stem leak. It was then that I discovered a ridiculous amount of weight needed to balance the tire. The tires installed are Michelin so not cheap tires. Having to change the tire to go back to the store was inconvenient of course but my wife backed the vehicle out of the garage riding the wheel directly on the sidewall of the flattened tire. I am concerned that the tire has been damaged and the shop would not replace it.

I was met at my truck in the lot and advised both could be completed immediately, providing I had time. I was finished and back on the road in less the 15 minutes. As always the service was GREAT! And since I previously purchased my truck tires at Discount Tire, the rotation was FREE. All I paid for were the wiper blades. Try Discount Tire - you won't be disappointed!

I recently used their excellent Mobile Tire Service for a tire that was badly damaged from a road hazard. I wasn't able to bring my car to their location, so they came to me. I previously bought a warranty on my new tires and Discount Tire covered the tire replacement. We're long-time customers and will continue to be so due to their prices, available brands, and excellent customer service!
