Top notch! Prices where fare and service was very good!

Salesman didn't like that we compared prices at another tire store while at the counter and pointed out to us that those prices we were seeing on-line didn't include tax and labor (duh, sure glad he was there to tell me that) and also couldn't answer the question about what made one tire better than another, only said that it was #1 recommended. When I returned to pick up my car, was told it was in a lot behind the building, walked around the building, no car, back to the lobby where they offered to get it for me (would have been nice originally) where I saw them walk not just behind the building but out of their parking lot and behind two storage units into another lot (that you couldn't see because of the storage units). I had branded valve stem covers that were black when I left my car and came out green (implied that I was lying about having black ones on my black car). Poorly managed location.

Great Service! I recently had a nail removal done at your store at 6306 82nd in Lubbock, Texas. Collin was my service manager. He was very friendly and got my flat fixed quickly, but later in the evening, I noticed the tire was losing air again faster than before. I made an appointment for today. Collin met me at the door asking, what's wrong? I told him, and I told him I was supposed to be on the road. He immediately got me taken care of in less than 30 minutes. I'm very impressed. He remembered me and took care of me.

I've bought tires and received service at this location several times and have always been pleased with the knowledge and expertise of the employees. The service is great and prices reasonable. My wait times have been reasonable also. Great place to do business.
