I’ve been with the discount tire for at least 10 years very satisfied

My last 2 sceduled appointments, with Discount Tire, have resulted in return visits to fix or repair what was supposed to have transpired the first times. I, as of yet, have NOT scheduled my second return. I paid my money; and scheduled my time; but now, Discount Tire, again, is requiring more of my time, money, and making it very inconvenient and a hassle.

This store DOES NOT honor appointment times and is constantly trying to sell you things.

I went to Discount Tire for four tires for my son's high mileage car. I wanted something inexpensive due to the age/mileage of the car. I bought and paid for four tires and scheduled installation for the following Wednesday.I was told by the salesman that there were 12 tires in stock. My son arrived at the appointed time and was told the tires were out of stock and the substitute was $70.00 additional. BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS. Classic Bait and Switch.

If anyone I know ever needs new tires, I will not hesitate to point them in the direction of Discount Tire. They know their business well and they do not hesitate to show you exactly what customer service means. Outstanding experience.
