Shout out to everyone at the store who had me in and out in record time, and I couldn’t be happier.

Failed to rebalance my tires I dont know how many times, always the same problem. They never clean the rims. I have had like 30 wheel weights fly off on the highway because they keep sticking wheel weights to dirty surfaces on the rim. I finally complained instore about it and got told 'we dont clean rims'. So who carries the liability of wheel weights flying off on the highway?
