Robert was terrific. I came in for a nail removal while on a roadtrip from Texas to Colorado. The tire tech must have ripped the lip of my tire off during removal. Tire was totaled. Pre-inspection proved that the tire wasn't like this when I came into the shop. Just a nail causing a slow leak. Robert, assistant manager, took complete responsibility. He was out of the same tire, but replaced it with a suitable tire. He offered to exchange it for the same tire that came with my Subaru Outback when I came back through Roswell. I asked if the Discount Tire in the Austin (on Slaughter Ln) could perform the replacement. Robert facilitated. 3 weeks later, Julian and Jayden at the Austin store replaced the tire with Robert's permission. Robert is a person on integrity and follow through. Entire team was great. I'll shop a Discount Tire again.

Free flat repair and air pressure check. Write up had wrong SUV info such as PSI, Size and mileage. Also FWD when AWD. Recall updated PSI. Couldn't locate purchase from 4.5 years ago in computer.
