If you make an appointment you can actually wait for your vehicle!!! I do not have a lot of time on my hands so being able to schedule and get out in an hour or a bit more is a plus fo rme!

Super nice guys in the store, the store is clean. However, I was told that my tire could be prorated because it was purchased only a few months earlier. YET, when the employee went to look up the mileage it was installed at, the mileag efrom the previous visit was entered incorrectly (like 0006560) when I have 322,000 miles on the vehicle. Because it couldn't be tracked no prorated discount could apply. I had to buy two new tires at full cost. If I hadn't needed the vehicle for an appointment that afternoon and then had to leave out of town early the next day I would have bought the tires anywhere else. The associate offered to put me in immediately (ahead of waiting customers) and because I needed the vehicle quickly I agreed to the purchase. But I hate how scammy it feels to buy tires here.

I was impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection of my tires after my check tires light had come on. I did not appreciate the attempt to push wiper blades on me, especially as they were so expensive.

What a place!! I am a 77 yr old female and found a near flat tire while shopping. Drove in, professional , efficient and thoughtful people here. Awesome place!

Discount Tire is my go to tire store. I don't need to say more, they are the best.
