Aaron was very friendly and professional. He gave me a few choices of tires that would fit my needs. After picking the one I wanted he said it would be done within 20/30 minutes. The mechanic who brought me my keys was friendly as well around the 25 minute mark.

I have been using DiscountTire for years and from my parents experience as a kid. They have alway treated us well and offered great products.

They did a great job. I was from out of town and discovered my tire had a slow leak after driving for 4 hours. A friend who lived there told me about Discount Tire and I was able to get there without a tow. They discovered a small pipe in my tire. I ended up with new tires which I needed anyway. They took me right away without an appointment because of my situation and I was on my way in no time. It is stressful when you have car issues when you are out of town and great to have someone help when I really needed it.

Strongly recommend this store. Professional, clean, polite and friendly. They were quick and very thorough. Well done!

This particular store has the best team. Whatever is used to make this happen I hope it continues well into the future. COVID has shown workers basically loss their enthusiasm and the important icy of taking care of the customer. Keep up the good work Team Dustin!

Long wait, even with appointment.

I made an appointment for 11:15 thinking it would be a shorter wait. It was least 12:30 before our truck was worked on then it took another 30 minutes. I hope this is not normal

Did not rotate tires and improper inflation of tires to 40 psi, door sticker recommends 35psi.

Outstanding experience from start to finish.. No other tire retailer comes close to the level of service you guys provided.
